Your Role in Transforming Digital Infrastructure
As a Manager of Continuous Improvement, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Pfizer’s digital infrastructure. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing service performance, leveraging data-driven strategies, and implementing process improvements that streamline operations. Your expertise will ensure the seamless functioning of our networks, cloud, and on-premise services, enabling Pfizer to continue delivering breakthrough medical advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with infrastructure leaders to prioritize and execute enhancements that align with business objectives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive sustained improvements.
- Oversee the Continuous Improvement Loop, ensuring the structured evaluation and optimization of infrastructure services.
- Partner with project teams and service owners to facilitate smooth implementation of changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training programs, workshops, and strategic change management efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- MBA or Project Management Certification (PMP).
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4 Certification.
- Experience in infrastructure services and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proven track record of driving process innovation and digital transformation.
