Job Overview: Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (FLEX)

As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing regulatory advice and managing compliance projects. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory standards are met across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation and submissions in line with EU Clinical Trial Regulation (EUCTR) guidelines.
  • Manage client deliverables to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track project progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs, client directives, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess project timelines and ensure quality delivery.
  • Support project-specific documentation and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals, including data tracking and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal qualification. ✔ 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field. ✔ Proficiency in English (written and oral) and local language (where applicable). ✔ Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills. ✔ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new technologies. ✔ Basic knowledge of clinical trial authorization, licensing, and lifecycle management. ✔ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
