The Role: Sr. Specialist, R&D – Project Management
As a Sr. Specialist in R&D Project Management, you will take the lead in guiding teams through commercial launches in the US and global markets. Your role will involve business and technical leadership, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Who Can Apply?
To thrive in this role, you should have:
📌 Master’s degree with 8-15 years of pharmaceutical experience OR a PhD with 3-5 years in the field. 📌 Strong background in product development and new product commercialization. 📌 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. 📌 Experience with technology transfers and external vendors. 📌 Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Clinical Practices. 📌 PMI or IPMA certification (preferred).
