Primary Objective
- Ensure adherence to the manufacturing schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automated process equipment in the packaging area.
- Maintain accurate documentation on an hourly basis and keep records up to date.
- Adhere to company policies, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintain hygiene standards for the work area and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Follow process requirements to ensure timely batch completion and on-time delivery.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of packaging operations, hygiene standards, and GMP guidelines to ensure food safety compliance in the manufacturing department.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams.
- Enhance communication skills to provide feedback and solutions within the manufacturing team and to internal stakeholders.
- Gain expertise in equipment operation by following approved SOPs and maintaining hygiene and GMP standards for optimal performance.
- Ensure personal and team compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Promptly report any EHS incidents, unsafe conditions, or near-miss events to supervisors.
- Participate in all mandatory safety training and medical surveillance programs.
- Wear and enforce the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Take a proactive leadership role in ensuring adherence to safety procedures among team members.
- Conduct required safety observations (STOP) to maintain a risk-free work environment.
- Strive to maintain a zero-injury workplace by following all established safety protocols.
- Identify and report opportunities to minimize energy and water consumption, as well as waste generation, in the work area.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- ITI certification in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Production.
- 3-4 years of experience in Dairy, Food, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical industries.
- Strong understanding of thermal processing, evaporation, and drying techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
