The company have products in all the stages of pipeline that is in 4 phases.

About the Job

Location: Bangalore, India 

Department : Quality 

Experience : 5-7 years 

Qualification : Bachelors or equivalent 

 A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience is required in the relevant area within the GxP regulated industry.
- Having documented supplementary training in the field of expertise would be advantageous.
- Experience in supporting Quality based IT systems and QMS processes is necessary.
- The ability to work independently and possess a quality mindset is important.
- Being proactive, committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change is desired.
- Being responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented is essential.
- Good knowledge in QMS processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to design simple, robust, and value-adding solutions is required.
- Good communication and presentation skills are necessary.
- Good stakeholder management skills are important.
- The key ability to analyze business problems/challenges and suggest solution scenarios to address them is required.
- The ability to deal with or avoid stressful situations and tight deadlines is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders is important.
- Preferably, the candidate has worked in global projects.
- Preferably, the candidate has worked in Veeva systems.

About the department:

The Quality Docs Support team is an extended team from Denmark. They provide end-to-end functional support to the Quality Docs system (Content Management System) end-users via Quality Now and work closely with HQ in system releases and go-live activities.
