We are hiring Manager – Operational Excellence for Formulation OSD Plant at Granules India Limited
Job Location : Gagillapur, Hyderabad
Experience : 8-12 Yrs
Qualification : B. Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Essential Skills:
• Leading Lean management initiatives at shop floor level of production plant and Laboratory by working closely with production managers of respective blocks/units.
• Act as a champion and change agent for driving positive culture change and improving operational efficiencies while deploying new techniques and tactics.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing practices and Daily Management etc.
• Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt Certification and Lean Management Certification.
• Able to drive Lean Six Sigma/5S concepts at multiple levels independently
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping, Workplace standardization etc.
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
