JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1. Should have worked on Injectable formulations (PFS, VIAL, CATRIDGE. Lyophilized and Solution based formulation.
2. Independently design plan, organize, perform, and document scientific experiments.
3. Work according to appropriate standards as defined in SOPs, guidelines; lead initiatives to ensure proactive compliance and continuous improvement.
4. Report, interpret, review and present scientific/technical results to drive the development of formulation.
5. Write protocols, scientific reports or lab procedures based on templates or SOPs.
6. Good knowledge on compatibility studies, orthogonal techniques, Stress studies of injectable formulations.
7. Ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with colleagues to define and implement screening and characterization strategies according to project timelines.
8. Perform information and literature searches actively participate in knowledge exchange.
9. Actively involved in procurement of active and inactive ingredients, lab consumables and management of laboratory equipment/instrument calibration and qualification

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1) Should have idea on aseptic conditions and its procedure.
2) Internal, external and regulatory audit compliance.
3) Documentation in QMS.
4) Handling of QMS activities i.e. CAPA, change control & SOP’s.
5) Handling all RM, PM and FG rejections.
6) Handling of expired/obsolete/non-moving materials as per SOP.
7) Ensure the destruction/return to vendor for RM, PM and FG as applicable.
8) Coordinating with team for receipt and dispensing of raw and packing materials.
9) Handling of returned materials from production/packing.
10) Coordinating with logistics, purchase and SCM team for smooth functioning during receipt of the materials and coordinating with production and IPQA team for dispensing activities.
11) Job work materials planning and arrangement.
12) Handling of internal transfers of RM and PM.
13) Proper utilization of man power and provide on job training as required.
14) Randomly verify the log books, calibration/preventive maintenance due dates and other documents in warehouse for better compliance.
15) Ensure the environmental conditions in warehouse.
16) Coordinating with QA team for better compliance in warehouse.
17) Provide supporting data to QA during audits and when they required.
18) Interacting with the auditors during internal, external and regulatory audits
19) Ensure new implementations in warehouse and well maintain the all areas for auditable.
20) Support for vendors during installation of equipment's if any in warehouse.
21) Coordinating with calibration team for in time calibration activities.
22) Support to QA validation during area qualifications and regular temperature mappings.
23) Coordinating with CQA, QC, engineering, accounts, imports, PPIC, EHS and admin departments and with internal units as and when required.
