immediate Hiring Aragen Life Sciences for Intellectual Property - Formulations

Job Description:

Ø Perform searches in various databases, shortlists relevant patents/applications and prepare patent landscapes.

Ø Design IP compliant formulation development strategies.

Ø Perform patentability evaluation and draft patent applications.

Ø Evaluating market entry for products considering exclusivities and patent issue.

Ø Prepare invalidation grounds for patents/applications.

Ø Expertise in handling databases such as Scifinder, Newport, Total Patent, Thomson etc..

Ø Patent drafting and claim interpretation skills.

Ø Address patent related customer queries.

Ø Patentability analysis against inventions carried out from formulation & Development team.

Ø Preparations of patent portfolio reports and maintain highly accurate & up to date records against all activities.

Experience: 6-12 Years

Educational Qualification: M. Sc. / M. Pharmacy

Department: Formulation R&D – Intellectual Property.
