Develop a solid grasp of how Medical Affairs operates and how to meet stakeholder expectations for associated deliverables. Encourage effective engagement with stakeholders to learn about their needs and offer solutions that meet those expectations. In charge of ensuring that projects are planned, carried out, and closed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality criteria. Improves the project processes by using best practises, understanding of internal or external business procedures, and pertinent SOPs. uses discernment and a deep understanding of project management techniques and processes to choose the best ones for each project. creates contracts with internal and external vendors to support contract management. Leads.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of the tasks provided to you, and deliver results that meet your needs organises logistics in accordance with the demands of the project
facilitates project governance meetings with a variety of stakeholders, vendors, the logistics team, and the digital team, among others, and carries out efficient coordination to track and monitor the development of the projects.
