About the Job 

Role: HRTech_ Analyst

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 

Role Band- Indigo

As the HRTech Analyst, Candidate will work with other team members to support multiple complex, high-visibility process improvement / HR Technology Implementation initiatives that span multiple regions and processes. Candidate is expected to bring to the table, a blend of both of HR Process Improvement and Technology knowledge.

Candidate will advocate for continuous improvement, streamlining processes by encouraging staff to continuously look for opportunities to make their processes easier and more efficient in order to consistently deliver a superior and personalized employee experience.

The measures of success will be the value and impact created through Digital employee experiences, that simplify Interaction touchpoints.

Technical/functional Skills:
·  To lead the instrumentation activities in Calibration / Documentation.
·  Ensure for the established procedures and policies of the company, regulatory guidelines.
·  Adherence to Standard Operating procedures, Safety, cGMP, QMS & EHS Requirements.
·  Handling of audits, deviations, Discrepancies, CAPA & Preventive action.
· Co-ordinating with corporate team for implementation of calibration in SAP
·  Execution of qualification protocols for process equipment / systems.
·  Planning and execution of maintenance of equipment & its accessories, calibration and validation.
·  Vendor qualification, coordinating with the vendor for calibration / documentation activities.
· Handling of contract manpower.
·  Trouble shooting of field instruments, PLC and DCS systems.
