Jr. Manager - QC reviewer
Inviting applications for Jr Manager- QC Reviewer role at Syngene International Limited, Mangalore
Education Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry/ General Chemistry
Experience : 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Review of analytical raw data generated by analyst, protocols/ reports /water analysis pertaining to the section as per the standard operating procedure and specification.
- Review of Specification, Standard Operating Procedure, Instrument Operating Procedures, Observation data sheet, certificate of Analysis, etc.
- Investigation of Lab incident, OOT, OOS and deviation as applicable.
- Interaction with production, ADL, R&D, QA and other department for QC related functions.
- Ensuring, verifying and reviewing the instrument usage log periodically and accordingly checking the labels as per SOP.
- Interaction with QC personnel for technical troubleshooting.
- Maintenance and calibration of measuring and testing equipment’s/instruments in QC in coordination with maintenance department.
- To maintain the sampling area.
- Training of personnel in Quality Control.
- Review of Outsourced analytical report

Quality Specialist III in Teva
Experience : 5-10 years of minimum experience with bachelors degree or masters degree and required to have experience in QA and handling of Quality documentation and quality management
Able to do the Compilation of high quality Annual Product Reviews (APRs) / Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) for products manufactured at various manufacturing sites and retrieve data from the Quality and regulatory databases and systems.
Required to Review of high quality Annual Product Reviews (APRs) / Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) for products manufactured at various manufacturing sites.
Able to Co-ordinate with affiliates and CMOs for receipt of PQRs and related data and follow up for the related issues.
Required to do the Preparation and Review of SOPs and its related documents.
