We have an urgent requirement (VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT HYDERABAD) for the following position with below mentioned details.

Sub Dept : Process Validation
Designation : Executive/Sr Executive
No of Vacancies: 10
Qualification: Any PG In Life Sciences or Pharma
Experience: 7 to 10 years (fresher 's are not considered who holds good communication and conceptual thinking)
1) Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
2) Develop and explicitly communicate product goals and vision to the team while interacting with internal customers, IT team, and development team
3) Represent the voice of the customer, collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
4) Create mock-ups based on internal brainstorming sessions and client calls to help capture the visuals of the product
5) Spread awareness of product to help ensure account managers know how to sell the product according to customer requirements
6) Work closely with Professional Services, Support, Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure the right customer problems are solved
7) Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
8) Define acceptance criteria, review work done and make the ultimate decision on when work is ready to ship
9) Monitor and communicate progress within the team and to external stakeholders
10) Provide knowledge transfer for questions request before and after demonstrations for customers
11) Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
12) Participates in prioritization of issue resolution
13)Ensure all cross functional team members are properly trained over product, process, and risk assessment.
