Key Responsibilities:
Should have knowledge and Hands on developing ELISA based methods for protein quantification, HCP and leachable analysis.
Candidate Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations.
Required to develop HPLC/UPLC based methods (RP, SEC, ion exchange, Glycan etc.) for protein and peptide product characterization and analysis.
Responsible for preparation and review of method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).
