About the Job
Experience " 5+ years
Qualification : Masters ( preferably with Quantitative / Management discipline) from a reputed university
Candidates with under graduation with B. Pharma or Science/ BSc Biotech or engineering B. Tech can apply
Candidates need to add new experience in analyzing quantitative data and handling the competitor performance
required to have experience in forecast, financial consulting of projects and controlling
Required to have strong strategic analytical strategy in handling the complex situations and collecting the data, synthesizing data to form the complete picture that is required.
Need to conceptualize and think strategically to look beyond the data
Required candidate to exhibit the high degree of flexibility and timing for reaching the targets and keep changing the business dynamics
Required to have strong communication, written, inter personal skills and ability to develop strong working relations with minimal supervision
Motivate the colleagues and take the ownership and present the data to the cross functional teams and do the recommendations to the senior management with courage and confidence.
