required to build dashboards and provide the stakeholder visibility for relevant metrics with ELC team to maintain HR databases and prepare audit data Prepare reports for business process improvement and automation
participate in cross functional team projects by developing and analysing the data drawing appropriate conclusions make recommendations use data modelling trend and gap analysis to present required required insights
