About the Job
Education : MSc or M. Tech with a minimum of experience of 8-12 years in Food or Dairy industry.
Required to have thorough knowledge of Analytical and microbiological operations for Pharma/food/diary or nutrition industries
required to have understanding on general analytical procedures and analytical techniques as well as team management.
able to perform risk assessment understand the quality systems like ISO 9001 and ISO 22,000./BIS
required to have good communication skills and decision making skills
required to interpret the quality related problems of ingredients and finished products able to perform the process checks in food industry.
required to have good hands on experience in wet chemistry and chromatographic techniques like HPLC LCMS ICPMS and troubleshooting experience
able to handle different types of analytical microbiological issues in the supply chain
able to perform lab operation management review and release of raw materials and finished products as per system level assessment
required to demonstrate the interpersonal skills and maintain the healthy relationship and communication with cross functional team members at site and globally
need to ensure good manufacturing and good laboratory as well as EHS compliance and audit compliance and lab budget management.
required to have analytical thinking and in depth understanding of quality hygiene and good manufacturing practise related complex issues and provide the best feasible solutions at shop floor
required to have good participation skills and identify the medicative actions to overcome the quality and safety related events
responsible for managing overall operations in analytical lab and performing validity of testing data issue compliance with Indian regulations and company policies
maintaining implementing and improving the established analytical and in process testing procedures and methods
monitoring analysing and communicating the analytical associated testing and and handling the deviations and propose recommended corrective and preventive actions.
