About the Job 


Location of the Job : Hyderabad 

Experience " 3-5 years of experience in pharma or analytical lab or manufacturing lab of GMP environment or equivalent

Required to maintain systems for all the scope in training and assigning jobs like Courses, assignments and curricula 

Need to co ordinate with LMS administrators and people to manage all the reporting requirements able to manually training matrix and coordinate appropriately with learning management with local as well as global teams

required to track the contracts in collaboration with the existing vendors and provide relevant accurate reports on training effectiveness Ensure the compliance with training matrix of quality management systems

required to provide assignment so effectively through all the colleagues in the site 

manage the programmes learning and capability building programmes Provide training to the users from manage report in the needs

required to identify opportunities for automation wherever required to drive the benefits and efficiency of business

able to nominate the staff and provide the staff oriented bank integration process and employee surveys for predefined population by identifying the respective department programme owners and implement the training effectively
