We are looking for Career oriented and ambitious Individuals.
Position : Asst. Manager with M.Sc. M.Pharm and more than 10-12 years of Analytical development experience in research and development in semisolid formulations.
The major responsibilities are as below ,
Team handling experience for a mid size team of 7-10 Scientists
Assist Sr. Manager in development of solution offerings around robust and efficient analytical method development, and validation , stability studies and method transfers.
Ensure adherence to SOPs for method development, validation, transfer and ensure adherence to GLP/ GMP
Provide suggestions for troubleshooting to site QC
Develop internal controls to ensure efficient root cause analysis
Maintain and approve departmental documentation such as, method development, analytical testing and validation report, specifications, and test procedures
Plan and prioritize stability tests for various samples based on project priority
Excellent communication ( oral and written) and experience in drafting authoring scientific reports, query responses.
Ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and timely completion of QMS and SOP trainings for laboratory personnel
Hands on experience in De- formulation/Reverse Engineering will be added advantage
