About the Job :

Virchow Biotech Pvt Ltd is looking for Executive to Sr Manager who has experience on Production of Recombinant Proteins Biologics.

Roles & responsibilities:

1)Express proteins at scale in mammalian, insect or bacterial cell systems.

2)Generation of transfection grade DNA for recombinant protein expression.

3) Provide delivery dates and the necessary documentation as well as clearly presented data to support ongoing and completed work.

Support product manufacturing including labeling, a liquoting and lyophilization.

3) Document experiments and procedures in laboratory notebooks, analyzing and presenting experimental data within internal meetings.

Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of scientific equipment.

4) Flexible working hours will be required, with occasional evenings and weekends.

5) A background in protein expression platforms, for example, HEK, CHO, or E. coli, is required. Experience in yeast and insect is advantageous
