Position - Integrated Project Manager - Office base
Exp:10 Years Relavent Experience
(Minimum 5 Years as Intergrated Project Manager for well design, Planning and construction/Operation.
Complete 100% of competency training per bidder's training matrix
Qualification:
Minimum Technical Degree/Diploma or Equivalent qualification
Responsibility
Lead the HSE initiatives and complies with company HSE standards during the planning stage and at the work site
Responsible for process implementation for well proposals , The Well basis of design, and well operation of programmes .
Assures technical integrity of Well Operations planning and execution.
Responsible for continuous improvement through lessons learned, timely End-of-Well reports and ensures feedback is incorporated in future operations.
Ensures risk assessments are completed to assure a safe and environmentally acceptable program and forecasts and plans medium and long term needs to meet programme requirements.
Evaluates results compared to goals and performance targets.
Planning:
Establish integrated basis of design for CONTRACTOR drilling solution
Deploy Communication Protocol
Leverage integrated application platform:
i. Develop understanding of the reservoir
1. Challenges and objectives
ii. Collaborative modeling
Capture internal and external touch points
Develop integrated drilling plan
