About the Job
We are strengthening our viral vaccines manufacturing team; We are hiring Executive/Sr. Executive/AM with 2-9 years experience with below mentioned technical skill set:
Static Cell Culture:
To perform cell culture and virus culture activities i.e., Cell passaging, Infection, Harvesting, Concentration/Purification, Inactivation/neutralization of viral solution, Formulation and sterile filtration of drug substance. Documentation of activities and preparation of SOPs, BPRs and URS etc., Related to process and equipment's.
USP/DSP cell culture:
Candidate with experience in cell culture activities on bioreactors. Must be able to handle basic USP and DSP process steps independently. Having an experience on DSP steps is preferable. Handling of equipment's such as tangential flow filtration units, Chromatography columns and filtration steps. Willing to work in a team and during shifts. Knowledge on process scaling up or scaling down.
