About the Job
Location of the Job : Hyderabad .
Job Role: Research Associate or Senior Research Associate
Technical Skills required:
Qualification : Masters with 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in the field of in-life pharmacokinetics.
· Should be well versed with various surgical techniques in rodents like jugular vein, portal vein, bile duct cannulation etc.
· Masters in Pharmacology or any applied life sciences.
· Should have expertise in animal handling and performing PK studies in rats and mice independently.
· Should have sound knowledge on formulation preparation for various routes based on BSC classification and in accordance with GRASS limits.
· Show a strong sense of responsibility, troubleshooting and work ethic
· Should be well versed with PK analysis software like Winnonlin/Pheonix.
· Competent to understand the bioanalytical data, write PK reports and providing the interpretation.
· Demonstrate teamwork spirit and able to interact with different stakeholders.
· Maintaining the required animals, consumables and chemical for smoothing conduction of PK studies without delay.
Sound knowledge of different dosing techniques like, oral, iv, intra-tracheal, intra-deuodenal, intra-nasal etc.
· Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and discuss regularly with team, the client and manager.
Role: Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate
Technical Skills Required:
· 4 + years of experience in Analytical and Bioanalytical Labs.
· M.Sc.,/M. Pharm in Analytical chemistry or other equal in academic research /drug discovery experience within the pharmaceutical / CRO industry.
· Experience in handling of HPLC, Dissolution, LCMSMS and IC/ICP-MS
· Familiar with OECD and other regulatory guidelines for performing validations including all stability parameters.
· Should have thorough understanding and knowledge of regulatory guidelines viz., OECD, ICH, FDA, etc….
· Should have sufficient knowledge of statistics.
