Job Role :
Required to take up the Recruitment - Complete cycle of recruitment.
Quality Management System: Preparation of departmental procedures and ensuring its compliance.
Giving the On boarding and Induction and support.
Able to give or impart the Departmental Training Coordinator: Handling HR related trainings, and Induction to new joiners.
Handling and give the Employee Engagement Activities, Assimilation of new joiners.
Timely Handling Employee Medical Insurance claims and related support.
Ensuring statutory compliance of contractors through regular review and surprise audit.
Task of Statutory Compliance: RC updation, License Renewal, Liasoning, getting exemptions under factories act and statutory register maintenance.
