About the Job
Location : Vizag
Experience : 2-6 years with Bachelors degree
Required expertise in Handling the maintenance of equipment
Need to have problem solving capability
Role
Able to Execute FAT activity applicable to the new equipment
Handling the Review new concepts, communicate with vendors for new requirements and preparation and review of URS for new equipment
Need to Ensure Equipment is maintained in good condition and minimize downtime.
Able to maintain and perform and to have the Good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
Required Coordinate with user to plan preventive maintenance and calibration program.
Able to Ensure all the Engineering equipment/ Instruments / systems are Qualified and maintained as per the Schedule of Calibration, Preventive Maintenance & Periodic Re-Qualification.
Needed to Updating of drawings w.r.t changes in plant layout.
Perform the Review and approve SAT, IQ, OQ, IOQ, PQ, PRQ & PV protocols
Always Ensure all the Engineering equipment/ Instruments / systems are Qualified and maintained as per the Schedule of Calibration, Preventive Maintenance & Periodic Re-Qualification.
Need to Carrying out modifications for improvement of the machine/ equipment performance
Study & review operations, to contribute substantially for energy conversation & productivity improvements.
Performing the health check of the maintenance & calibration program adhering CMMS program schedules
Timely Trending equipment failures / breakdowns and propose corrective actions.
