About the Job :
Qualification : Masters/ Bachelors in Chemistry or biology with the experience of 3+ years in installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting and utilization of scientific instrumentation (LC, LC/MS/ HPLC/ UPLC and informatics)
Need to have experience in handle the instruments troubleshooting.
Experience with handling the Scientific software (CDS)
Roles
Work with Sales team in respect to identifying future business development opportunities and needs for service contract sales
Candidate able to handle the Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support Waters' product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, Informatics)
Need to always ensure that quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times and required to establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success
Able to timely manage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providing follow up plan if needed
Required to handle and ensure customer compliance regulations are followed
Needed to follow and understand and timely deliver system level training at customer sites
Ability to manage service inventory according to Waters policies
Able to identify and issue field service reports daily to document work performed
Required to maintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers' application demands
