About the Job 

Experience : 3-6 years in Biotech / R&D or Pharma space

Role 

Candidate selected for the Role will be responsible for managing end to end Talent Acquisition for one or more business verticals at Aurigene.

Responsible for working closely with Business to understand the overall long terms and short term hiring needs and ensuring they are met.

Required to initiate and develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)

Able to Design and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks and invent new techniques on sourcing to engage with relevant candidates.

Maintain the Network and propagate the relationships with key candidates and candidate communities to enable immediate hiring and long term opportunistic hiring.

Ability to determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.

Effectively work, Co ordinate and engage with stakeholders and other recruiters in the team to be able to address the current and future hiring needs at a company level.

Capability and responsible for recruitment analytics, data metrics & reporting; Responsible for recruitment process compliance & audits.
