Experience :
Bachelors with 16-20 years of experience and experience with SAP management in quality domain
Roles & Responsibility :
- Candidate should be Flexibility to work across different time-zones and handle the Solid SAP configuration experience in SAP QM and Environmental Monitoring (EM)
- Strong experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration, and delivery to meet business requirements.
- Need to have the Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms
- Background expertise hands on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in Quality modules
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on ERP
- Experience with integrations with local manufacturing applications like LIMS or Veeva Quality Docs.
- Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to aligned process area
- Demonstrated ability to understand Quality and manufacturing processes and their role to support business operations
- Good presentation skills and with Strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups
- He / She need to be Dynamic, flexible, team player and result driven Solution oriented and problem solving
- Available to travel across locations or sites.
- Should have the Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes and its integration points with other processes SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), LE (logistics Execution), etc.), acquired through multiple hands-on roles in global SAP implementations.
